how to make vegetable manchurian dry and fresh yummy

ingredients for manchurian balls 1 cup cabbage 1 half cup carrot 1/4 cup beans 1/4 cup sprin onions, 4 tbsp coriander, 2 tbspgarlic,1 tbsp ginger paste , 1tbsp soy sauce,1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1/4 cup cornflour, 1/4 cup refined flour and salt.

1/2 onionn, 1/2 capsicum, 1 green chilli, 2 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp ketchup, 1tsp conflour , 2 tbsp spring onions, 1/4 tbsp black peper powder and salt.

in bowl , add finely chopped cabbage, carrot, beans spring onions, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger paste, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, slat as per taste and give them a mix.

STEP 2  now add conflour and refined flour mix using your hands until the mixture comes together. if it feels a bit dry add 1-2 tbsp water. make a dough like mixture.

STEPS 3 grease your hands with some oil and make manchurian balls with the mixture set the prepared balls on plates.

STEPS 4 heat sufficient oil in a kadhai fr frying deep fry balls in batches until golden brown in colour.

STEPS 5  for the sauce heat 2 tbsp oil a pan add finaly chopped garic green chilli onion and capsium. saute on high heat for a minutes.

STEPS 6 now add soy sauce ketchuo cornflour slurry cornflour mixed in 4 tbsp water black pepper powder and salt as per taste saute for a minute to form a thick sauce like mixture.

STEPS 7 add the fried manchurian balls to the sauce and stir fry on high heat for just a minute switch off the flame now.
